Loss of a Child in a First Responder Situation

Few events are as devastating as losing a child through illness, accident, or a first responder experience. While counseling cannot replace a child, it can offer another pathway to comfort and healing. Jada specializes in and focuses on pediatric death and is qualified and trained to work with families and first responders who have experienced the loss of a child.

At Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago and the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, she guided terminally ill children and their families through the complex processes of dying and grief. Her compassion and expertise help patients heal, grow, and live through impending or sudden pediatric death.
